- Organize and verify the total of your deposit prior to coming to the branch.
- Make sure you have a written total for us to verify. If you would like a printable deposit slip, just ask!
- Use Night Drop! Your local branch can supply keys. Simply put your deposit in a tamper evident bag or envelope with a deposit slip. Deposits received by 8 am will post the same business day.
- Keep cash and product separate to reduce scent transfer. OLCC rules state that cash and product must be kept separately.
Large Deposits and Change Order Procedures
Deposits over $50,000 in cash or change order require a scheduled appointment at least 24 hours in advance
To schedule an appointment:
- Call 800-773-3236 and speak to a representative.
- Email inquiry@waunafcu.org with your requested branch, day, and time. Your request will be confirmed by the branch.
- Use the chat feature available through U-banking online or app banking.

Your quarterly reports are due on the 20th of the month following quarter end. Reports should be uploaded to your assigned Citrix Sharefile Folder. If you need help accessing your folder please reach out to your CIB team.

Got a new license or want to add a new licensed cannabis account?
Complete an OLCC
release and upload it to Citrix. Email the CIB team the details of your request. They will determine
the next steps needed.
Have OLCC Violations or other issues we should know about?
Let your CIB team know
ahead of time. Give them a narrative about the situation that occurred, and what you have done to
correct the problem and what you have done to prevent it from happening in the future.
Have a deposit or withdrawal coming through that may be out of character for your
account?
Let the CIB team know! They handle everything compliance and maintenance related
to your account. If they want documentation for it, they will let you know.
