Our Live Teller Units combine the best parts of ATMs and in branch transactions.

What is an Live Teller Unit?
They are the latest step in offering our member cutting edge, top-of-the-line, and efficient service and technology. It will allow our members to conduct teller transactions via video call at the drive-thru.
What transactions can I conduct at a Live Teller?
Most transactions that a Member Consultant can conduct can be accomplished through the unit with a Virtual Teller.
They even can give out change
How does it work?
The process is similar to a transaction with a teller within a branch. With a touch of a screen, you are connected to a Virtual Teller upstairs in our Astoria branch, they will communicate with you and prompt the proper components of the machine to satisfy most any transaction you require.
Where will the units be located?
Our first ITM/Live Teller Unit was made available in Long Beach, WA, at the corner of Sid Snyder and Pacific Hwy. Since then, we've installed them in Clatskanie, Warrenton, and our main Astoria branches. They'll be going in at our other branches in the future.
Why institute the Live Tellers?
It's so we can provide a new level of member service. The new technology will allow our staff to shorten wait times and service lag without sacrificing caring, personal assistance. They also free up our in-branch Member Consultants to offer more advanced services when you walk into a branch.
Why should I use a Live Teller?
They are going to allow nearly all the convenience of coming into one of our branch’s and speaking to a teller, without actually coming inside the branch! From these machines, you’ll be able to access your accounts and conduct a wide variety of transactions via our drive-thru.
Who are the Virtual Tellers I’ll be interacting with?
They are Wauna Credit Union employees, who are located at our Astoria office. They share an office with the Member Consultants that in our Communication Center. Our current Virual Tellers are Brady, Brianna, Pie and Sarah.
When are Live Teller Units/Interactive Teller Machines available?
They will be available 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and open until 6:00 p.m. Friday, as well as 10:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m on Saturday. They also function as regular ATMs outside of these hours.
