No Loan Application Fees
Effective January 1, 1995, your credit union Board of Directors elected to eliminate the Loan Application Fee. Many financial institutions charge loan application fees ranging from $25 to several hundred dollars. No fees are assessed to apply for a loan at WFCU. From the beginning, WFCU is able to offer you financial savings.
Loan Protection Insurance
When the need arises, insurance protection can be a precious asset. Credit Disability Insurance coverage will make your loan payments in the event of an illness or injury and you are unable to work. Credit Life Insurance coverage will pay your loan in full, in the event of your death. Many members experience a peace of mind because they know their loan will be taken care of in their time of need. Automatic Payment Options
There are a couple of automatic loan payment options to choose from: Payroll Deduction (where available) and Automatic Payment. The convenience of these programs is enjoyed by many WFCU members. It saves time, because there is no need to write a check every month and deliver the payment to the Credit Union. And, if you normally mailed your payment, consider the savings in postage and envelopes. The Verified by Visa program is designed to reduce Internet Fraud and take Internet security to a new level.

When registering you will be asked to provide your name, social security number, home phone, postal code, and CVV2 number. There is a help button to the right of the box that helps explain where the CVV2 number is located on your card. During the registration process, you will be creating an Internet Visa transaction password, which only you will know. However, in the event that you do forget your password, you can request the password hint* that was established during registration. If the password is entered incorrectly, a failed authentication response will be returned to the Merchant. The Merchant is not permitted to submit failed authenticated purchases for authorization.
